For children in a cot, only meals will be counted, if there are any e
for children and adults in the extra bed (3rd and 4th bed) we grant a reduction of:
50% for children between 2 and 6 years
30% for children between 6 and 12 years
25% for children and adults.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax of € 2.00 per day per person (for all people over the age of 14) must be added to the prices indicated.
CONFIRMATION OF PREMOTION
To definitively confirm your reservation, please pay a deposit equal to 30% of the reservation within 10 days.
ARRIVAL DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from about 2.00 pm. Please advise in case of arrival after 18.00. On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10.00.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Our booking cancellation conditions are:
– Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
– Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival: € 100.00 processing costs
– Cancellation between 30 and 3 days before arrival: cancellation costs equal to 70% of the total amount of the stay
– Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: cancellation costs equal to 100% of the total amount of the stay
– No-show: cancellation costs equal to 100% of the total amount of the stay
Not being able to take advantage of a booked stay for unexpected reasons is bad enough.
